OUR STORY
SummitView Properties was born at RidgeView Resort, long before short term rentals became an industry.
For more than 25 years our family has welcomed thousands of guests to the Columbia Valley through RidgeView Resort, a place built not just with timber and stone, but with care, consistency, and pride. What began as a small family run resort grew into one of Radium Hot Springs most trusted destinations, hosting families, couples, and adventurers from across Canada and around the world.
We did not learn hospitality from a playbook. We learned it by greeting guests at the front desk, answering late night phone calls, fixing hot tubs in snowstorms, managing turnovers on sold out weekends, and listening to what guests and owners truly need. Every stay, every smile, and every lesson has shaped the way we operate today.
SummitView Properties is the natural evolution of that legacy.
As property owners began asking us to manage their homes beyond the resort, they wanted more than a listing service. They wanted the same care, accountability, and guest experience that made RidgeView special.
